1954 Diploma in Fine Arts and Commercial Arts, Government School of Arts and Crafts, Chennai.

1960 Joined ‘Mathrubhumi’, the Malayalam illustrated weekly as staff artist.

1982 Joined ‘Kalakaumudi’, the Malayalam illustrated weekly as staff artist; Executed a large cement sculpture Modern Family on a Scooter at the All India Sculptors’ camp at Cholamandal.

1988-90 Carved a granite sculpture ‘Maithuna’ at the International Sculptors’ camp at the Cholamandal for the open-air Sculpture park.

1997 Executed a 500ft long and 8ft tall outdoor drawing illustration, depicting the entire saga of the Indian Freedom Movement.
